FAQ

Where are your prints made?

Our friends at Richard Photo Lab do all of our printing.

What kind of paper do you print on?

All images are digitally printed on Fuji Matte paper.

Do you offer any other sizes that aren’t listed in the shop?

We are happy to talk about custom sizes, it just depends on the image you are interested in. Shipping charges may apply for custom orders. Please contact us for a quote.

Why don’t you offer the same sizes for every print?

Sizes are selected based on cropping, resolution and image type (film vs. digital).

Do the print images in your shop accurately display what the print will look like in person?

Colors can look different depending on what monitor or brightness level you have. We do our best to show what the images will look in person but please know that they can vary slightly. We have also done our best to accurately show what each size will look like. For the 8x10 and 11x14 sizes, you’ll notice that they will be cropped slightly compared to the larger sizes which have no cropping. All of the images in the shop are full bleeds.

Do you offer framing?

Yes, we do! Our friends at Simply Framed (simplyframed.com) custom make all of our frames. More info can be found on our product pages.

Can I order a print of a photo I saw on Instagram or bradandjen.com?

Feel free to e-mail us with the image and size you're interested in and we'll do our best to accommodate your request!

How long will it take to receive my print?

Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be shipped. US orders are shipped via UPS Ground and arrive within 3-5 business days. For international orders, please expect your print to arrive anywhere between 2-4 weeks. International orders are shipped via USPS first class, with NO tracking. If tracking is a must, then express mail is an option for an additional fee. Please e-mail for more info.

For framed orders, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks. Above transit times are all estimates provided by the shipping carriers (UPS & USPS). Brad and Jen are not responsible for any delays.

Do you accept returns?

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. If your print is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact us if you receive a print that has been damaged in transit, as occasional exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.

Will I be charged sales tax?

If you’re a TN resident, 9.25% tax will be added to your order.

What if my print arrives damaged?

We will do our best to make sure everything arrives safe and sound. However, occasionally things do happen in transit and we deal with this on a case by case basis.
